Just when you thought it was safe to plan a schedule....

Yep, it’s happening again! My work schedule has changed thanks to employee turnover. It’s now back to 7on 7 off (maybe, could get called in for sick/late employees at any time on days off) for the forseeable future.

Q: What does this mean, and why should I care?

A: If you’ve been keeping track that means that my artistic and creative flow is once again up in the air. I’m going to have to adjust to this development before I can start planning the updates. So far, I’ve been very lethargic as my ever shifting schedule has completely fubared my sleep cycle, it’s a rare and lucky day when I’ve had a full 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. Mostly, it’s sleep a few hours, wake up-- mind racing-- try and fail to go back to sleep, crash and then wake up by alarm to get ready for work. My days off aren’t any better, in fact, they’re usually WORSE. They usually do the same as above, except, insert having to do household chores while exhausted, then CRASH and wake up a few hours later NOT BEING ABLE TO SLEEP or even though exhausted, TRY AND FAIL TO SLEEP ALL NIGHT and then do chores during the day.. UGGH!

It doesn’t help that the gas furnace at the house has broken down and the people we bought it from are dragging their feet on fixing it. It’s been BONE NUMBING COLD here and that makes sleeping soundly even MORE difficult. If I could, I’d happily move to a sub-tropical climate and do NOTHING, but alas, I’m pretty much chained to my job, unless someone out there wants to DONATE?! Anyone? Or at least my affilates get some more hits. Any cash coming my way would be greatly appreciated.
